The virtual tour and marketing kit are both included. The virtual tour comes with both a branded version for your personal marketing as well as an unbranded version for the MLS.
The marketing kit includes marketing materials designed for both digital and physical distribution. Most of the materials are ready to use as soon as your tour package is delivered, but can also be customized to match your own personal style.

The property should be thoroughly cleaned before our photographer arrives. The property should be decorated and staged to your liking. Any evidence of pets (beds, food/water bowls, toys, treats, etc) should be put away. Vehicles should be parked on the street so they are out of the way for exterior photos. All overhead lights, lamps, accent lights, and under-cabinet lights should be turned on.
Digital Precision Photography was founded in 2013 by Josh Gruber (pictured). Shortly after becoming a Realtor in 2012, Josh realized he could combine his passion for photography with his new career as a Realtor by taking his own listing photos. He set out on his new journey by treating himself to some specialized photography equipment that was perfectly suited for the job at hand. He brushed up on his photo editing skills, practiced his technique, and spent his evenings learning all he could about exposure, white balance, lighting, composition, and all the other elements necessary to create high-quality photographs.
As he found himself more and more immersed in the world of photography, the quality of his work improved and caught the attention of his colleagues. They began asking him who he hired to take his listing photos. He explained that he took them himself, and his colleagues asked if he would be willing to take listing photos for them. Josh jumped at the opportunity and began to market his services to other Realtors.
Word of mouth spread quickly, and soon Josh found himself too busy to adequately service his real estate clients and his photography clients, so he had to make a choice. He decided to let his real estate license expire at the end of 2015, and headed into 2016 solely focused on Digital Precision. Since January 2016, Digital Precision has been his primary pursuit and passion. He has grown the company from its first client in 2013 to now serving hundreds of Realtors, renovators, property managers, investors, builders, and individual homeowners.
Over the years Digital Precision has grown from offering only photos to offering floor plans, virtual tours, aerial photography, email blasts, physical and digital marketing materials, social media marketing, videos, and more. We look forward to many more years of serving our community!
